Hi, this is my first post here, and I wanted to ask how to stop watching porn. It hasn't affected me socially yet, but I've noticed that lately I've lost sensitivity down there, and it's hard for me to reach climax when I have sex with my partner. I have this urge to masturbate once a day, and that's why I came here to ask for help or advice.

>>20495175Here's my perspective on it and its one of those things where people talk shit about it. Sex and porn can be addictive, not for everyone but I think its pretty clear when you have the same guys for 6 months with the same picture here always asking for a new gen and feigning for another 'hit'. Do you have kids or hobbies that take up a lot of your time? Do you spend a lot of time masturbating because you're bored with your partner, or just bored and need a quick dopamine spike? I guess have a real long sit down about what you want out of life, your goals, what bores you and try to correct those first. If you are doing things in life that excite you or engross you the urge to watch porn will be less strong.
