It's up to your choice as /sdg/ generals are even divided into western or eastern anime styles.But to add on, besides Local (which I like using Forge), there's also NovelAi. If you don't mind setting up email addresses to try out NovelAi trial, that would be a good start. There is a majority of genners who use NovelAi in trash/slop/. I used NovelAi until I couldn't make new accounts anymore and decided against subscribing their paid service. Then Forge is local which is easier to install and continue on as a hobbyist genner.
