personally i love my orient kamasu, i got one in green and the color is beautiful in the sunlight. it keeps good time, has great lume, and the dive bezel is useful for my work.

I like Seiko aesthetically, online you can buy them (second hand) starting at around 50$. You can also look for Soviet/Russian watches, brands like Raketa, Poljot, Zenit. I think some of their vintage models look cool and they are a nice piece of history, price range is similar to Seikos. They also have brand new models, I don't like them as much as the old ones but maybe you do. But keep in mind these watches are not sleek in the way the one you posted is .
