How are you doing anon?
What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?

i would have said music because platforms have become so good at making you find music you love, but i actually recommend against it because all it does it fuck me up more
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
it's ok but i think the company is going to blow up soon, i think in less than a year i will lose it.

Good, hoping my new neighbour will be a woman my age.
I need more hobbies, it's hard to find things to do.
For the first time in my adult life I have a job, I like it. We are very understaffed and I'm worried it might shut down over that.

i would recommend embroidery. it can be as simple or complex, slow or fast, as you want the project to be depending on the effort you'd prefer to make. there are also many different styles to find influence from. i've been enjoying it quite a lot

i lost my job a while ago and am doing bad btw!

>How are you doing anon?
Good.

>What are your favorite hobbies
Anime, video games, coding, chilling
>you would recommend to another anon?
Not really. Unless you don't care about your social image.

>Do you have a job?
No.
>How do you feel about it?
Used to feel shame about 10 years ago. But seeing how shitty people are towards poor and unemployed people made me change my view, now I'm thankful that I can spend my time doing what I want without having to deal with them.
>but doesn't that make you poor?
Yes, but I suppose that's the trade-off. I could try to abuse the system to get the mentally-ill check-mark and support money but I honestly have no interests in doing that.

it conjures emotions and is a bit like a drug this way, and the lyrics are about love in many cases.

Bad. My mood is getting worse by the day and living with my parents won't help. I just want to have a day or two of being alone at home in silence. Sometimes I even go out with people just to leave here.
Also checking real estate prices makes me want to an hero.
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Reading is something I'd recommend to anyone, you just need to find the right book for you.
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
I've been working as web developer for 6 years and I think I finally lost all interest in this. Last week we had a meeting for a new project involving modern tech and as the guy was going over a bunch of libraries and code I realized I simply didn't give a fuck about any of that and I have zero interest in spending a single minute of my life doing this outside of work.

I'm living I guess. Weather's nice, went on a walk with my toddler earlier to pick up some fresh apples from an old coworker's stand. Probably taking a nap once I put her down for hers.
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Any form of outdoor stuff and music. Sometimes it's nice to just go take a bike ride or something along a nature trail with tunes on. Can be kind of peaceful.
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
I work from home. It pays less than what I did before but I can do childcare myself and don't have to be around boomers so those are benefits.

Have you considered working in another field? I'm a former programmer, I left because it was getting soulless, having to constantly justify the work I was doing etc.

There's some easy Blue-Collar jobs that are always looking for workers and the start pay $20+/hr. A 1/3 of my work day is waiting for people to move vehicles, waiting in line ups for materials (one day sat in the work truck with my coworker for 2 hours waiting), and so on. Most of the time they just need an extra pair of hands, skilled or not.

Doing pretty good. I am going to help my aunt and uncle clear some brush this weekend and hopefully go for one last swim. Really locked into my relationship right now too and actually managing to make some friends. I think people can tell I'm not so deep in my grief anymore and actually want to be around me more
>>
I'm doing alright. Playing the new Azur Lane event while I browse chans and Amazon. Looking to finally build the gunpla my mom bought me last christmas; I feel bad for letting it sit there but I ran out of some modeling supplies and hadn't felt motivated to buy more. Really need to get on a diet again; back up to 190, was 150, age really makes you feel that.
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Recently I've been getting into programming. Nothing serious, I look at it as a puzzle to solve. Was an interest for most of my life but my 20's saw me so depressed I never made much effort.
>job
Still working my crappy retail job. It's alright. Being around the public sets off my anxiety but my coworkers are actually chill.
I should really try to find a better job but I live in a low cost of living area and actually make decent money considering that I'm not working some body destroying job in a coal mine.

>How are you doing anon?
Not very good. I feel like both my physical and mental health have gone down in the past six months.
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Genealogy. It's a rewarding hobby and you learn some interesting things about ancestors and what their life was like. Other than that, I like music, CD collecting, and some anime.
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
Yes and I hate it. It's a very physical job. Can't think of anything positive about my experience here.

Yes I have considered working in another field. In fact I already changed fields, I have a biology degree and I worked that for 6 years.
I just don't want to pull the trigger yet because the salary is good and having and that plus being a stable job is a huge bonus when getting a mortgage.
When I manage to get a house I want something simple and stress free, like a government desk job, librarian or maybe one of gardener at local parks.

not great, but things have been worse; doing pretty good in my current eu4 run, which is something
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
besides video games and anime? taking mushrooms and going backwoods camping is delightful (ig you don't need the mushrooms...)
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
night shift receptionist, could be worse but also could be better (being able to cover rent again would be nice...)

>ugly, disabled, and retarded
>can't drive and mentally too retarded to learn how to drive well
>zero drive to improve my life by any means whatsoever
>NEET for 13 years of my total adult life
>kissless virgin and will most likely die as such
>completely isolated with not a single friend in almost 12 years and before that i only had one who clearly only tolerated me and didn't actually enjoy being around me
nobody cares about men like me so why should i ever contribute to society and not just leech off of government disability gibs my whole life? what would i get out of actually becoming a productive member of society? rude looks and remarks from women and normalfags about how big of an ugly and creepy stunted manchild i am? what's my incentive to do anything but the absolute bare minimum?
>>
I work retail. Is a job at the post office worth trying for? I do not want to do Amazon but I have very little money

I am happy aside from work, for once in my life.
>>

Sounds like you are better off than most people here. Rare to see that with people with coding back rounds. I think you'll be alright. For what it's worth, the real estate prices won't stay this high forever, it will have to come back down at some point.

>How are you doing anon?
I'm 33, currently NEET living with my parents while I get back on my feet. I just came back from travelling six months in Japan. It was excellent. Most fun I ever had in my life. Was a bit depressing to come back home to the UK. I'm struggling to get a job now since the market is hyper competitive. I redrafted my CV today and I'm actually really happy with it now. Lets see if I can get some interviews with it.
>What are your favorite hobbies you would recommend to another anon?
Travelling. Driving my car. Motorcycle. Anime. Vidya. Technology. I'd recommend them all I guess
>Do you have a job? How do you feel about it?
Not yet but I'm working on it. My last job was senior project manager in marketing.
