Family is nothing more than a bloodline of abuse you're required to hang out with by social expectations. Friends are nothing more than enemies you have something in common with that will betray you when it is convenient and pretend to be your "friend" for the advantages that you supply short or medium term wise. You believe friends are chiller than family because you have similar interests while family is nothing more than connections via the family tree.

familiarity that comes from growing together through childhood leaves a dynamic that is impossible to fully escape. if it has issues that need addressing for a healthy relationship to follow it often needs a frame reset which usually only follows uncomfortable or stressful scenario and can only work if both sides are empathetic.
as you grow up you start to see peoples flaws more easily but can realize its not entirely their fault its part of being human, but also as people get older they get more set in their ways.
