I'm a delivery driver and it's so off putting going to office buildings that are luxury commercial buildings who are vacant but have staff that essentially keep place running. How is it economically sustainable to have bunch of vacant prime real estate around city? How do they make money and who's using them? It's not like one or two but like every single building I go to is nearly empty

Do you mind if gay guys offer you money for sex?

But of theoretically during a delivery late at night a guy offered you money for sex, would you be angry or offended?

They just want to keep them. And by making sure employee salaries remain low.
