But to an extent, I am satisfied even when I get no replies, so what I'm trying for can't just be attention. Also in real life I only want attention when I'm actually trying to insert myself into some social context, and yes, then I want a lot of it, but otherwise I always prefer the invisibility.Still, even when you are only looking for attention, what you say and do is actually about something else, and I figure what people are complaining about is how much of a facade and a lie that thing is in many women's conversations and interactions. Very often it's very obviously just a thin excuse for the attention and interaction, and is more or less ignored and discarded, which can be incredibly frustrating if that thing is why you were engaging with her in the first place.
