i have a deep voice and started learning metal vocals. it's been really exciting>watch a few videos on breath support>watch a few videos on compression/false chord/grit/vocal fry>mix the two together>don't be embarrassed about singing and making weird sounds until you find your voiceit's been really coolit sucks when either one of the 2 happen:1 - you slightly fuck up the technique and feel the grit in your throat and it fucks up your voice for at least one day and you have to rest2 - you end up sounding like every boring heavy metal singer with those fried vocalsthat's why you gotta practice and find your own safe way of sounding aggressive BUT LIKE YOURSELF at the same time, with your tone and colortry it bros. it is so satisfying when you get a nice aggressive vocal line on the mic. you feel powerful.sing your favorite songs over instrumentals, or make new a.i. songs easily and sing over it with your real voice. several ways to learn

i have a deep, smooth voice but the problem is my voice doesnt just crack but absolutely shatters if i speak/sing any louder than normal talking voice doomed to be a quietcel

My voice is kind of suave but I slur my words sometimes like I just had a stroke. People sometimes have to say "huh?" because they didn't hear me the first time.
