I have a friend that's 30, a medical doctor, and still has issues getting into relationships. He isn't bad looking, he's over 6', just on the spectrum. I feel bad for him because he SHOULD be having lots of sex now but he told me he's a virgin and has only had 1 gf that he had to get via cold approach.
Very few men want to acknowledge this but yes it's easier to just blame it on something they can't control than to admit that women hate them.
