You need to find a guy that you can absolutely trust and feel safe with and then slowly introduce elements of your trauma. Don't go all in at once, go slow and make sure you feel safe afterwards. He needs to understand how to read you so he knows to back off if it's getting too intense for you. It's not really a safe thing to do if you're not in the right headspace for it and if the guy is an asshole you're just going to get hurt worse.Better yet, get a therapist and do that for a while instead of triggering yourself all the time.
