i'm 5'4 and i keep stagnating at 127-130lbs -- i fear this may just be my natural weight. i'm nowhere near obese but would father be in the 110s. what is there for me to do bros?

Stop eating so much. I knew a fat girl that lost about 50lbs just by eating only one meal a day, no snacks, no sugary drinks, nothing but a single, healthy meal a day, with very moderate exercise, couple walks a week I think.

That's honestly not that bad if you're a guy or if you're a woman with boobs and ass

It's better to fast than it is to do severe calorie restriction, despite seeming unintuitive.
Fasting releases 3x more HGH which protects against muscle loss, plus other things going on that's too in-depth for phone posting.

I wouldn't say it's severe calorie restriction, your single meal can be up to what, 1300~ calories and you'll still lose weight?

It's not so much that you're only eating a single meal and restricting calories, it's restricting the amount of time you eat so you can't consume as many calories in a day.

that sounds promising. i'd previously lost 10lbs in 1 month by eating nothing but a few boiled eggs in a day & drinking only black tea.

i have narrow hips & not very promising boobs :( i'm pretty in the face which makes my less-than-ideal weight a little more bearable though.

this is what i was talking about... i may go back to my 3 boiled eggs a day diet but to get my stomach used to it would take a few days.

3 boiled eggs a day is going to make you go insane, no one has the willpower to eat just 3 boiled eggs a day unless other people are invested in them only eating 3 boiled eggs a day. You're doing this on sheer willpower alone. Why did you quit eating 3 boiled eggs a day last time if it's a good idea? What's going to keep you going the next time you try this 3 boiled eggs a day diet?

One healthy meal a day is all you need.

That's skinny why would you want to be even skinnier? Are you anorexic? That's not healthy or attractive.

starvation is a much more comforting sensory experience than working out... you wouldnt get it

>>82668705
yes it was willpower alone. i stopped because i wanted to "recover" my metabolism for a few days & then couldn't stop eating afterward.
i don't want to eat a full meal in a day, i prefer timing out my snacking time. also reddit spacing
