The public is only capable of apathy and token platitudes, myself included.One should only give effort if it will guarantee happiness. I trim my head and beard because I feel refreshed, I brush my teeth because it has a purpose and I do feel better after doing it. Enough effort to pull myself up from quicksand but no matter how far you run there is another sinkhole somewhere you can stumble into just as easily.I do not think incels have a good worldview for the record, but I do not think they are wrong. They need to free themselves from their desire for something they will never attain. That takes time and reflection on that topic. Many people do not have time for that though, I was lucky.The situation may never get better, but I can appreciate other things to the extent that sex and fictitious things like love couldn't compare. Or perhaps it is because I found something that occupied and consumed me more than love ever could, or maybe it is simply because I love that thing instead.But this is all coming from a 32 year old wizard.
