What keeps you in your home country? Do you ever consider traveling or maybe living in a different country?
>>82668964I might need to leave canada cause all I'm hearing is that you can't even scrape by on your own on disability and its looking like I might have to rely on that for awhile until I can get better, if possible.
>>82668964>What keeps you in your home country?I have a decent job and I'll most likely by the one taking care of my mom if she ever becomes infirm>Do you ever consider traveling or maybe living in a different country?yeah all the time, it wouldn't be hard either, as I get offers from recruiters all the time
>>82668964The USA has the mix of things that I want, sure it's outclassed buy some other countries in one aspect or another but it's still the overall winner for me. Plus, I would be a perpetual outsider in any other country, and I don't want to be that. I am already enough of an outsider as it is.
>>82668964>What keeps you in your home country?U.S.A so good money also family ofc>Do you ever consider traveling or maybe living in a different country?Yes I am a sad pathetic virgin loser I want a gf but girls in America are all evil

>>82668964and go where? there is no where good for the average man anymore.
Nah not really. I personally think the US is the best country to live in, despite its flaws.
>>82668964>What keeps you in your home country?Other countries not hiring me for even the most basic of positions (like English teaching) despite having the requisite education.>do you consider traveling? Not a single day goes by where I don't wish I could leave, and/or had stayed in Korea when I lived there in my early-20s. picrel is OC. Luckily I got my passport renewed at the start of this year.
>>82668964I visited China. Everything is incredibly cheap. Those buildings look nice from a distance but when you go inside you find ceiling panels falling down all over the place and crooked walls and shit. A lot of corners that are meant to be right angles are like 85 or 95 degrees. Lights controlled by multiple switches have about a 25% chance of one switch disabling the other because they're wired wrong. Plumbing often shakes violently when you don't turn the faucet on full blast. The fact they put a shit ton of obnoxious LEDs on cheap structures doesn't make it high tech, it just makes it tacky trash. The more rural parts of China are pretty amazing, though. If you visit I would recommend seeing a city for a couple days maybe and then spending the rest of your time around the smaller towns and villages. There's a lot of cool history to be seen but it's usually ruined by the huge crowds and stupid rules you have to follow around historical sites.
>>82668964>>82668992>>82669147Yes, i would do anything to leave yuroshitland and move to america, canada or somewhere in asia (china, hong kong, sea, central asia etc). But its litterally impossible as a college educated white european to migrate anywhere these days. Its for jeets only. I am seriously considering applying for an india or paki citizenship just to be able to actually emigrate somewhere decent
>>82668964Gun laws and language barriers, mostly. If I can't communicate or defend myself I ain't interested. Thought about going to Ireland before but I probably ain't doing it unless the IRA comes back and breaks away from the UK.
What's the point in traveling if you don't have a gf... So you're alone, you just say "umm yeah it's kind different here", then alone in a hotel. The world is built for two. I just watch ishowspeed travel from my room.
>>82670650If you travel alone you can do whatever you want. Don't have to justify your actions to anyone. I had a lot of fun traveling Japan solo.
>>82668964Too poor and I'm not comfortable leaving my shitty third world country
>>82668964I need a TEFL certificate and a job lined up
