If I were in your shoes, depending on the credits I would enlist in the navy or air force active duty if less than 90 or national guard (any branch) if more than 90. You will have 3 meals and a bed to sleep. Military will pay for you to finish your degree as well

I lived in my car when my mother did this exact thing: reneging on a promise to let me live in the house they own until my undergraduate degree was over. She broke her promise, she didn't even remember it, she sold the house for her personal comfort instead of investing in her child. Natural selection at work, it's obvious any parent who does this is basically a onions cuck who doesn't care about their role in society or personal responsibility.
