We hear a lot about these so-called full-time jobs but now that I have one, I don't understand it at all.I unironically spend 80% of my energy on:>commuting, aka actually getting there on time before the work even starts (at least only two days a week)>commuting means that I'm somehow responsible for traffic jams, bridges being closed, construction sites popping up out of nowhere etc, so just getting to the job is a job in itself>after my pre-job of getting to the job, my next job is to be liked by coworkers and make smalltalk and remember their birthdays and say appropriate things during lunch break>next on the to-do list is managing my manager, who thinks tasks will get done faster if he makes everything a priority>now I finally have the time to answer questions from people who have way more experience and make way more than me but still don't know where anything is>after all of that my actual job starts>bash keyboard until 5pm
