It's hard to find proper good reasons when the world is the way it is right now. All I can offer for you are some small reasons that may add up.
If you have a pet or multiple of them, they will get sent to a shelter if none of your family wants to take care of them, and they will be confused and scared and possibly just put down. If there are some people you hate, spite can be a reason to keep living. To keep making them mad or to watch them die before you do. Good food sounds retarded but if you have favorite foods, look forward to eating them. Look forward to going to new places or trying new things, or just indulging in your favorite things that you already enjoy. If there are people you care about, imagine the disappointment and despair they will feel when you are gone. You don't want to hurt or disappoint them.
Sorry that these are all basic bullshit. I struggle with the same thing, and honestly I don't really know why I'm still here if I can't even come up with better reasons. Thanks for listening though. I hope things get better for you anon.
