I don't know why, but ever since Hamas attacked Israel in October 2023, many people, organizations and media sites want you to support Palestine. I really don't agree with this kind of thing, and even more that a lot of people support it worldwide. They want people to side with Palestine, they want you to side with Hamas, a terrorist organization, when they were the ones who attacked Israel on October 7th, and the Palestinian population has been shown to support or aid Hamas. Even then, the recognition of Palestine by France, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia came very close to Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. This timing can only be interpreted as a provocation to Israel. If those countries really wanted to help resolve the conflict, how does recognizing Palestine, and at the same time provoking Israel, contribute to that goal? I also don't understand why so many people insist on supporting Palestine, when Palestine doesn't support a two-state solution, doesn't recognize Israel and has no intention to recognize Israel. Many people seem to believe that recognizing or supporting Palestine will solve the conflict, when that simply isn't the case.
