Put them under your eyes and wait a bit, then take them off and it will alleviate the swelling/and or discoloration. Do that for like a week or two before seeing her. Alternatively, put spoons in your fridge over night and then put them on your eyebags in the morning. Also helps with the swelling. That, or some light foundation, in case your problem is discoloration not swelling.
Bags under eyes aren't a big deal. I think you'll be fine!
