I wish I worked harder in highschool. I could've gotten an academic scholarship, but I thought highschool didn't matter much and college is where you should take studying seriously.

That is my biggest regret in life. My mom was a heroin addict and didnt stress the importance of school. Fucked my whole life up

I couldn't have done high school better if I tried. I barely survived high school. In fact, I wish I'd dropped out and started NEETing earlier! Worst time of my life.

More like mentally. I got hit really bad with social anxiety and the self-awareness that comes with emerging adulthood made me aware of how detective I was compared to my peers. I wanted to fade out of existence altogether and those last two years were hell because I wanted to be alone but was forced to attend school and be around other students. The anxiety was so bad I couldn't stop shitting as soon as I got to school every morning. I'd shake around other students and speaking was painful. At least my sister was there some of the time and my mom was very involved in my schooling.

While part of that is true to a degree field choice also is a major factor in if you get a useful or useless degree I'm uni. Because Lord knows universities love setting students up to get a useless degree

Are you born in 2005?
>>

Yeah this is true. I never paid a penny for anything in college due to scholarships and graduated Summa Cum Laude and I learned way too late that knowing people and putting together some faggot LinkedIn profile is pretty much just as important as your academic performance. So don't be too upset OP, if you're a shy, shut-in mentalcel, your life probably would've sucked anyway.

No, I'm much older than that. Born in 199X. I was still happy in 2005.
