No clue what the fuck that shit is.

Had one single dude try when I was doing a farm labor job.
Eventually we end up getting into a short fist fight then becoming friends after. The boss just found the whole thing funny (he was drunk off his ass at the time) so no one got fired.

Rest of my jobs were ether more professional of a environment or everything felt very teamwork focused to get shit done and over with.
