I just started engineering we are learning to make axonometric view schematics and most people failed miserably, is this really so difficult? I just imagine my cube and rotate it around in my head like that item viewer in Skyrim.
>>82681282i can't literally conjure a physical image and rotate it it in a literal physical sense
>>82681282Maybe just maybe you should TRY to be less judgemental against people with different intelligence structures?Perhaps you are good at this kind of spatial thinking, but are you good at everything? No.Everyone has equally valid forms of intelligence but people like YOU undervalue less western rigid forms.
>>82681291Well yeah, but you can imagine an axonometric view of a 3d object projected onto a 2d plane, sort of like how you can tell when an object is supposed to be 3 dimensional on your PC screen when you are playing a game with 3d graphics.
>>82681295I just thought most people could do this
>>82681295>YOU undervalue less western rigid forms.Asians love this shit though
>>82681318when people say they can't imagine thing it's because morons like you act as if it's a fucking superpower, so we all must think we're missing something
perfaps it's the challenge of translating the imagination into actual materiali can imagine the mona lisa pretty perfectly in my mind but i cant draw worth a damn
I can imagine objects in 2D and 3D perspectives easily, but this skill is ultimately useless. I suck at Blender/animation and I'm too dumb for EE, what can I do, OP? :(
>>82681861But they don't just say they can't, they actually cannot do it when it comes to drawing axonometrically.>>82681862But drawing it is not difficult since you are using rulers and stuff in this case, plus most of the errors come when they have to imagine and draw a side or top view of the object next to the 3d drawing.>>82681878Engineering? That's where I am doing this shit. I specifically picked logistics engineering cause its supposed to be easier with less math and physics. You could do something like carpentry, masonry or maybe specialize in schematics as a construction worker.
>>82681926>But they don't just say they can't, they actually cannot do it when it comes to drawing axonometrically.yes, and it's like saying you deserve to be friends with the foid because you got a better grade. if a black man with a massive dick told you he has a massive dick, would you suck it or roll your eyes?
>>82681934I'm not like bragging about it in class or anything, I was just kinda suprised cause I thought everyone could do this and its pretty interesting to me that peoples minds can work so fundamentally differently.
>>82681295 based iqlet defender
>>82681282theres a reason those are included in iq tests. most of the time it works out for me but i actually have to think to get it right since i have borderline aphantasia and can't just rotate them in my head visually
>>82681942>I was just kinda suprised cause I thought everyone could do thisyeah, i'd be surprised if you got something wrong too
>anon just learned that people think and imagine things differentlyYou need to be 18 to post here btw
>>82681282you get the 3d and have to draw the 2d or the other way around?
>>82681295The problem arises when the people with "different intelligence structures" demand that everyone else work for free to provide "different intelligence structured" people free stuff while providing nothing in return. Have different structures, just do it without trying to justify slave labor upon others.
>>82682327No you just draw a cube from an angled up side view using .35 pencil and cut parts out of it, all the existing edges have to be drawn with .7 pencil and the ones that exist but you couldn't see from that view with serrated .5, then you have to draw what you would see staring at it front on, from the left and top down. You don't get a model you copy you have to make an object up and make a schematic for it.
