Same. I've had it for years but it hasn't killed me yet. Idk if I unknowningly inhaled something dangerous or just a random disease, doctors can't figure it out

OP here. I have had a very dangerous lung infection before, but this was many years ago. And I've been symptom free for most of that. And I haven't smoked or vaped anything in many months (and I wasn't heavy into it to begin with). It could be dust related, I haven't cleaned my room all summer because of the heat (mostly an excuse to be lazy, but still).

She went to multiple doctors but all she ended up getting was an inhaler which calmed her throat down a little
You could possibly have a dust allergy and live in a sort of dust accumulated environment
Or you might have some kind of mold growth in your house and the spores might be causing your sickness
