I've been wageslaving for this since 14. I had multiple consultations with doctors. There is no going back, and i don't want to go back. I don't want to go back to my miserable subhuman live.

If youre 100% sure, then go for it I just hope youre doing it for the right reasons and that it turns out great for you. I have also had multiple consultations with doctors about surgery, so I say this with kindness: always get different opinions. Two doctors once told me I needed surgery, but another doctor explained that if I had listened to them, the result would have made me look ugly.
