If I exercised 1 hour everyday how much IQ points will I gain by the end of the month?
I have an IQ of 105 so If I can get to 120 by a few months I'll be happy.

The best thing you can do is read. I had a roommate that sounded smarter and did better on homework, just from reading Game of Thrones. He was the kind of guy that would get stuck on fizzbuzz.
Being good at something like musical instruments, drawing, and the like will also be impressive without needing much intelligence, just dedication. Which is definitely more impressive than bragging about your IQ score, no?
Exercise is good though. You should do some of that.

I seriously don't care about playing an instrument. Reading is cool though, I'll try doing that.

Be careful with reading actually. You can read yourself into stupidity.
