it doesn't matter if I wake up at 5 am, force myself to exercise in the morning, take every supplement imaginable that is supposed to help with sleep, eliminate screen times at night, journal my thoughts, do yoga, drink tea or darken my room, or cool the temperature of my room, or stay busy during the day, exhaust myself properly physically and mentally.
I.
still.
won't.
fall.
Asleep.
i will kill myself eventually because of this.

I sleep from 5pm to 7am

Ironically, walks have consistently reset my sleep more then heavy exercise
