You will always be passed over for promotions while the bullies will get them since they are confident. That stuff requires aggression, which you don't have. School is a great analogy for life. Cannot learn great in the classroom? How are you going to do when you have to learn new things in the boring ass staff meetings? Even if you go manual labor path: you cannot read the manual, follow directions, or do proper math, then you'll fail at your job since you will do the same there.
