High meat is useful. It probably also tastes good when made with fully unadulterated meat, but I've never had access to that. I've only used goat liver and salmon fillets. The taste and smell of the salmon was significantly worse than the goat liver, but both made me feel quite good after eating them. I might make more high goat liver since I just finished the last jar and I have 7lbs of goat liver right now
