I'm thinking about getting height insoles. I'm 5'6", and back in college, I borrowed a pair from my roommate. They gave me a noticeable boost to about 5'9" and it felt really great to be at normal height. I had more confidence, and while some ppl noticed I looked taller, no one clocked it when I stopped wearing them. They were mildly uncomfortable though, but the confidence boost made it worth it.

Now I'm debating whether or not to buy a pair for myself, but I'm hesitating because I worry people might mock me when they find out I'm wearing them or see it as a sign of insecurity. Not sure if I should go for it or if it's just a waste of money.

I'm 6'1" if I was a fucking manlet I would have roped a long ago. And a Manlet to me is like anyone below 5'10"

I'm considering wearing them at 6'5 just because I want to be even more of a comically oversized giant.
If they make you more confident, go for it. Maybe will at least give you a boost to feel a little better and get the swing you don't need them when you interact with others.

I'm 5'7 and I wanna wear them but going from below average to slightly below average feels incredibly pointless. Especially since I have a short torso

I'm 5'11 and I never considered wearing them since I think I'm good enough but if I was 5'6 ...maybe. Idk if I'd go the full 3 inch lift but if they're comfortable enough then go for it. If it makes you feel better.

It's still just a level of frauding I wouldn't like. I know guys feel fine wearing wigs but I just can't do it. Even if I went full bald I can't imagine the anxiety of it being exposed.
