The NHS is genuinely awful now. It didn't used to be 20 years ago but they've just flooded it with immigrant doctors who can't even speak English properly let alone help with medical care. My friend went to A&E a few months ago with chest pain..Entire waiting room is empty but it takes him 30 minutes with a useless Nigerian doctor, then they take him to another area and we wait 2 hours surrounded with sick people only for him to see an Indian doctor who couldn't speak English. Then that doctor told him to wait 2 hours and come back and by that point we just left because they were fucking us around so much. He still has chest pain and he's been to several NHS doctors and none of them even give a shit
