In Japan, you can afford to live in the heart of the city while working part time at a warehouse, catching the rail, and living some shitty little lower class apartment complex without worry of being assaulted or robbed.
>>82826073The dream. Unfortunately, to get this you would have to live in Japan. So. Pass.
>>82826073it's because the lost decade broke the back of the landlord class here and they didn't create a new one. If anything the government takes action to prevent land speculation.
>>82826107No it's because there are no niggers or spics. That's why. You are not forced into expensive real estate out of fear.
>>82826134Yes, no mass immigration means you don't pay half your take home pay or more in rent to some jew slumlord and don't have to move several stops down the highway because of niggers, spics and other trash
>>82826073Not for long lol. Americans are flocking over there en masse after they've realized the ship is sinking. They'll just end up globohomo-fying Japan to the same degree as the US over the next decade. Also, there are Chinese buying property around around central areas, near stations and such, and overcharging.
>>82826134Japan used to have expensive real estate though, read up on the '80s bubbleand the US could've done the same in 2008-9 but FIRE had their man in the white house
>>82826187Japan's almost certainly gonna pass new laws restricting or banning foreign land speculation very soon, like within the next yearPoliticians from both the governing party and opposition are talking about it and the new PM will be either an anti-China demagogue or the guy who proposed the restrictions in the first place
$265 is like 30,000 Japanese dollars. This isn't Japan being cheap, it's just their dollar is practically worthless compared to America. A penthouse in Buenos Aires is like $300/mo, live in mommy bangmaid included, and yes she does anal. Sure as shit don't mean Mexico is just so great that everyone drives a mansion.
>>82826270Yeah, there's already some regulation put in place with regards to real estate and business ownership. Not sure about the specifics, just that you had to have a certain amount of capital upfront to start a business, and that you had to hire native Japanese. A lot of people, the Chinese in particular, would just hire their relatives and have a facade of a business. I think a lot of issues could be prevented if they withhold giving voting rights to non-natives, and are careful with land ownership.
>>82826311You have to acquire Japanese citizenship to get voting rights, which requires (among other things) renouncing your old citizenship, and naturalized citizens are a negligible portion of the electorate.
marge then why do chronically sleep deprived salarymen with no life outside of working exist
>>82826270man, Japan sure is desperate to keep wealthy white westerners out so they can bring in more global south rapejeets
>>82826433Where are feminists when shit like this happens???
>>82826073yeah but uh we have taco trucks and diversity and train stabbings
>>82826433It fucking begins. Sure not all Indians rape kids, but the few that make it to the news outlets will do so much damage to the Japanese zeitgeist. I hate to see the death of their high trust society.
>>82826134Urban centers are still 1000 dollar in rent there's no 200 dollar apt in US
>>82826473You have niggers and spics all living in the inner cities living on welfare, what are they living in, dipshit?
>>82826484They're all on state programs saying they only have to pay $200 a month, but non-niggers have to pay the usual price.
>>82826073>only pre-requisite: must currently reside in JapanI've been trying to do exactly that for the last 10 years OP, starting with English teaching and then moving on to something else after finishing university. The result? Being rejected from EVERY SINGLE ENGLISH TEACHING JOB/EIKAIWA Japan has, and also being rejected from any Japanese or Japan-adjacent job stateside (with the idea that I'd work up enough and get transferred). And so, I've been stuck in a warehouse for the last 8 years surrounded by the laziest, self-serving, barely literate degenerates you'd ever have the misfortune of meeting (let alone working with). They ALL mock me for my interest in Japan and Japanese culture, regular coworker and supervisor alike. What's worse, is that I see Japan today suffering from an influx of third-worlders coming in and absolutely wrecking the country, with nuisance-streamers from the U.S. and such treating Japan like their own personal adult amusement park/gym. I honestly want to shout>FUCK JAPAN!!But at the same time, I can't; I can't hate Japan, and I'm still a complete whore for its soft power, popular culture, and traditional culture. I make way more than I would in Japan, but this isn't what I went to university for, interned for, or spent my whole life building a personality and avoiding criminal trends for. Not to mention the multiple times I've taken (and failed) the JLPT, with the exception of actually passing N4 10 years ago. All those hours, years, etc and for what? Fuck, man...
>>82826494Okay, well that is exactly why you don't have cheap SAFE inner city property like the Japanese. It's common sense.
You forgot that you are surrounded by CUTE and SKINNY women. Omg. Imagine going outside and all the women are dainty. Imagine going outside and not seeing fat people or black people. I'm in the worst country on the planet.
>>82826507>Not to mention the multiple times I've taken (and failed) the JLPT, with the exception of actually passing N4 10 years ago....bro were you really trying? If you said you failed N2 I would understand, but it's really hard to live in Japan if you're not around N3-2 level.
>>82826507Dude wut, you could easily pass n3 within a year if you were seriously trying. N1 is three years at the absolute most. Do you even watch anime? After ten years you should be n3 just from passively absorbing.
>>82826534YES I was really trying! All the time. I failed N2 three times and N3 four times, but I've been really putting in the work. Sou matome, Shin kanzen, yet nothing truly 'sticks' as easily when you're working 6 days a week in a warehouse. But, I'm still trying; I would take it this year, but it was cancelled in the only place closest to me for the 2nd time (it was also last year), and I don't get any vacation days (so I can't fly to another state). Still though, you have people who have never even heard of the JLPT living and working in Japan, so what gives?!>>82826538'Course I watch anime, but also Tokusasu and J-dramas.
>>82826073Wtf with this no privacy room.
Apparently there is a vibrant underground rock scene in Japan because I found a white streamer that plays guitar in a band with a bunch gothed out Japanese chicks.
>>82826593Don't talk to me or my wife's son ever again.
but they have such massive grind-sets in japan though
>>82826586>What are curtains
>>82826073>In Japan, you can afford to live in the heart of the cityWhy are you lying instantly from the start?
>>82826695Do you really think people would do that? Come on the internet to tell lies?
>>82826073Being robbed is one thing but people tresspassing and rummaging through things is another. If they think they could get murdered doing that then they know they're doing fucked up stuff there.
>>82826455Japan doesn't have feminism
>>82826507>couldn't pass n4 after 10 years> thinks he is better than jeets...
>>82826455They blame all men for this animal's actions and use this as their excuse for being anti-natalist and anti-family.
>>82826073this used to be the norm in America too, before the boomers ruined everything.
>>82826843the jeets don't even take the JLPT
>>82826073This is what a country not ruled by jews looks like
>>82827139>jewsHalf of the white population is self hating cucks. It's time to accept that fact.
>>82826073how might someone just stay in japan in an unfurnished room under the guise of tourism, but just one spot to work on personal projects and such, for like idk a month or so?(preferably around nature. thanks /trv/)
Japan's currency and wages suck so makes sense. Fukuoka is also losing population every year so makes sense that apartments get cheaper. Less people want them.
>>82826507>I've been stuck in a warehouse for the last 8 years surrounded by the laziest, self-serving, barely literate degenerates you'd ever have the misfortune of meeting (let alone working with).>Not to mention the multiple times I've taken (and failed) the JLPT, with the exception of actually passing N4 10 years ago.Lmao
>>82826073>japan>part time
Terrible things might happen to you in Japan
>ywn be a 40 year old Japanese man who spends his meagre income on pachinko and getting hammered with cheap sake and strong zero
