No. I've seen plenty of lolcows come from just exposing more of themselves on their respective imageboards.
A lot of the ones I binge are exclusive to local groups that go over the line with people that would easily fit here.

Being paranoid of that has actually hampered a bit my enthusiasm. I don't really go too overboard with things I used to indulge in. I think I barely emote as I used to. Not too vocal about anything since it's not needed.
