At least with cigarettes you know you're only inhaling tobacco. Way too much vape juice is poorly regulated and gets random shit put in it to make fruity flavors. People are developing holes in their lungs as the chemicals eat away at the walls and kill the bronchioles. There's also a sharp increase in pneumonia among avid vapists, it makes your lungs all wet too. You should probably just quit nicotine as a whole if you're worried about dying.
