if you have thick, nice hair that isn't greasy and you take good care of, long hair can definitely be a boost to your appearance. you have to get past the awkward phase while growing it out and find a length and cut that suits you best which all takes time, but if you're dedicated, it can really pay off

I haven't cut my hair short in over a decade. It doesn't quite reach my shoulders and stays at that length. I should try to actually style it somehow. All I do is wash and comb it. I don't know anything about style or fashion.I initially grew it out because I was too lazy/awkward to go to a stylist. But now it has become part of my identity.
