is long hair the to-go way for anyone wanting to looksmaxx?
retards that would normally look like ugly faggots suddenly get gushed over by women after they grow their hair to get a long hair cut, and faggots use it so look more feminine than they truly are. do women actually like it or is it me projecting? i like having decent length hair but my shitskin tradcuck parents get pissy when my hair doesn't look like some johnny bravo slick cut imitation so they force me to cut like that, i wear caps when i go outside mostly due to that
>>
>if I'm ugly women will be more attracted to me if I become more feminine
I genuinely don't understand the thought process of this board. You people are freaks.
>>
if you're handsome, long hair is cool
if you're handsome, short hair is cool
what's the lesson? Be handsome.

not all women are into buff hairy sweaty macho men, gramps
times change
>>

cmon nigger i need some semblance of a chance
im so fucking tired of being a hunchbacked brown apefaced nigger
>>
if you have thick, nice hair that isn't greasy and you take good care of, long hair can definitely be a boost to your appearance. you have to get past the awkward phase while growing it out and find a length and cut that suits you best which all takes time, but if you're dedicated, it can really pay off

i grew my hair out and ive been misgendered several times since. so i wouldnt recommend it if youre short like me and dont grow a beard
>>
>>82871913
im not even sure which kind of hair ive got, i use shampoo like once a week and ive been told by my mother i have greasy hair but she's an hygiene schizophrenic, when i touch my hair now i don't feel it as greasy but it could probably be because ive been in my chilly bedroom all day, i could share a pic if necessary
>>
My hair is only long because I can't be arsed to get it cut short every time. I know I'm ugly and nothing will fix it, so why bother
>>
>>82871963
i wasn't blessed with european genes so my masculine traits are noticeable and i don't have any autogynephilic tranny fantasies so i wouldn't really lose anything, that overcompensates for my inability to grow a beard me thinks
>>82872007
brutal, but unless you're a fatass or past your 30s you could still have a chance
>>
>>82871973
are you only washing it once a week, or washing it more often but only shampooing once a week? you can get away with not shampooing regularly if you're still cleaning your scalp well when you bathe. a picture would definitely help in making a proper determination on hair quality
>>
>>82871743
long hair for me has been torture
i grew mine out for like 8 years or so, 60cm of hair by the time i cut it and it hit my butt by then
problem is, my hair is thick as fuck and wavy, and quite fluffy as well which makes it nightmarish to wear in the hellish heat of my old place
it also takes a fair bit of work to wash and keep clean, so...

if you have thick hair, don't let it grow past your shoulder blades and you'll be fine
i'm tempted to grow mine again to that length and tie it in a ponytail but i dunno
>>

did you get anything cute like some bangs, junas?

i wash it with shampoo like 2 times a week and that's when i remember to shower and wash it, otherwise i still shower but only get my hair wet and that's it, i do not use dryers either
i took 2 pics, this one was the better of both, my hair looks like that of a homeless bum in the other one but i'll still post it

i feel like it's thin but due to the locks that often form i think it could be thick, i never touched other people's scalp to know which is thin and which is thick anyways
>>
>>82872097
i mostly kept it in a ponytail because of the heat
i did try on some bangs but i quickly discarded those and just let them grow out along with the rest of the hair because sweat would start to accumulate on my forehead
fucking fluffy hair... bleh

>>82872129
it's a bit short to tell for sure but thinner than what i have, lol
let it grow a few inches more and you'll know, yours looks fairly balanced from this pic alone
>>
>>82872098
your hair doesn't seem greasy, it looks very healthy with nice volume and shine. you would get a lot of compliments and comments from women if you grew it out
>>

>>82872152
might try it and that's if i can do it, though as i said it also kind of depends on the face build, my lower face is a bit protruded forward so i don't think it'll fit me well, i think like another centimeter or two of length would though
that's if i can stop being a mentalcel but it's good to know my hair is decent looking atleast.
>>
>>82872217
aye, my hair is currently like, 4 and a half inches long, lol
i think 3 inches or so would be a nice length, you can try some different styles with it too, like parting it to the sides in half, pulling it back, etc.
just look out for interesting haircuts out there and try to copy them, you don't have to nail it down perfectly, just enough to fit you and your look
>>
>>82872217
if you're able to get in with a decent hairdresser, they can really help with walking you through how to best style your hair (and what products to use) at whatever length to best suit your face. having someone show you this sort of stuff hands-on can be hugely helpful just as a baseline in case you want to experiment with other styles and don't really know where to start. hopefully your parents aren't too up your ass about things, and if they are, push them down the stairs or something to put them in their place
>>
>>82872245
i'd rather just have standard semi-long hair, no style in particular, other than of course not making it look completely bedridden. i was never a guy of brushes anyways and i don't think particular styles fit me
thanks for the advice overall, i like my hair as it is right now but i might cut it less next time, extremely short hair doesn't fit me well either, i've tried
>>
>>82872345
that's kinda what i did with mine too, it just turned out like this after i wore a ponytail for so many years lol
still, a brush will help more than your fingers sometimes, so get one just in case
best of luck with the new hair, fren
make sure to show us how it turned out in a few months
>>
>>82872333
there is a hairdresser just at the end of the street where i live actually so that could help, i appreciate the advice but i don't want a very eye-catching cut. just something to not either look like a dumbass at first glance, hair can fix a lot of things. thanks a lot
>>82872362
thanks, good luck to you too, i'll try to remember if i go through with it, honestly i'm a bit lazy for these things

I had past shoulder-length hair for a several years but I cut it this past summer. Before I cut my hair it was like picrelated and I tied it up about half the time. I think this might have been one my best looks but is too high maintenance for me. I love not having to go to any barbershops or anything
>>
>>82871743
I posted on soc after a haircut and got told to shave it, since it was obvious I was thinning
and I grew out my hair
never a greater blackpill
>>

I've been growing mine for 7 years but I've cut inches off here and there. I've recieved compliments which is cool I guess it's a bit nice in the moment but it just reminds me if I was bald they'd be laughing inside instead because my head is shaped weird. Anyway I like it so I keep it, goes to my mid back. I think that's as long as it will get, it doesn't seem to want to grow any longer. I usually keep it in a low ponytail for work but I prefer to keep it loose and over my shoulders. It's normal thickness I guess but I get these curls I really like and other people seem to like them. It looked better in the past but oh well, I neglected my hair for a long time. It is what it is.
>>
I have hair down to my shoulders and plan on growing it longer

I'm a fat retard and I probably have gotten more romantic attention then if I had a buzz or normal haircut

I'm also white
>>
if you have thick hair and you wash it, why not?a lot of my friends like guys like that, at least it can work on a first date, probably because they can't see the guy's face because of his long hair.
>>
be warned if you have long hair people are gonna assume you know how to fix their computer
>>
I haven't cut my hair short in over a decade. It doesn't quite reach my shoulders and stays at that length. I should try to actually style it somehow. All I do is wash and comb it. I don't know anything about style or fashion.

I initially grew it out because I was too lazy/awkward to go to a stylist. But now it has become part of my identity.
>>
>>82871743
I'm an incel. I have long hair and I frequently get unsolicited comments from random women telling me that my hair is ugly and to get a haircut.
>>82871772
Most women are. I'm an unmasculine man and women usually go for the buff hairy sweaty macho men rather than soft unmasculine nice guy men like me
>>82871913
Only if he's Chad though
>>
>>82871860
Dont worry your humor will be enough to attract at least one girl
>>
>>82871743
my parents look disappointed whenever i return home with a buzzcut
mentally unstable highschool girls sometimes look at me hornily but regular women avoid me like the plague so maybe doing the opposite of what i do really is the answer
