My goal body. Im eating vegetables, tuna and rice.

No more chocolate or pizza, just healthy food. Im gonna snack on fruit instead of chocolate.

Im also going to exercise everyday, lots of cardio and leg work. I want to have smaller arms, flatter tummy and thiccer legs, and a rounder bum

I dont particularly understand having a dream body, you cant change your proportions
I do however believe in reasonable goals like you listed
I want a flatter stomach, bigger boobs and I dont particularly care for anything else
Im just scared weightloss will take away from my

Go swimming, I started recently and it's awesome.
And don't eat tuna there is loads of mercury in it which will make you even more autistic than you already are.

Ive noticed this, my tits have definitely got smaller as i started eating less, and that has psychological had an impact on me.

I dont know what the cope is, i can fit into my old clothes again, that feels nice. I have this denim skirt with pockets, i broke the zip on it! And i tried it on recently, and it fits fine now, so I'll get it repaired. Idk how to keep breast size though

Be careful with tuna, it tends to have a fairly high mercury content so eating it consistently isn't healthy.

Im not swimming, i have self harm scars on my thighs.

I would condider a steam room though

Nobody cares about your scars. Just try it. It's good for the soul also.

I have these really cute shorts but i dont have the confidence to wear them.

Also gyms are so noisy, i wish they didnt play music. Noise upsets me. Id rather go to a bodybuilding gym thats quiet, than a mainstream gym thats noisy.

Sardines are fine. Large fish like tuna and swordfish accumulate mercury because of how long they live and how much other fish they have to eat in order to accumulate that mass. Generally the rule is the smaller the fish, the lower the mercury content.
The goto for bodybuilding has always been chicken and rice because chicken is cheap.

This graph is useful, it took me a while to work it out lol.

I love fish most of all, i wish i could have some crab

get noise cancelling headphones, they work well. bodybuilding gyms are not quiet. they play music too, and you'll hear a lot guys grunting and being loud. true peace is a home gym.
>>

Im using ear plugs, they're like a gel rubber thing.

The noise cancelling headphones are better? In ear or over ear?

I use in ear ones, but I play my own music (and not on high). The best will be over ear if you want near complete silence, which will depend on how loud the music is anyway. Either will absolutely cancel human noises in a gym with no music. 0 noise is your own gym/friend's home gym.

Is this the AGP thread I've been hearing about?

Enjoy your burnout. There's a reason why everyone that is successful with this start off slow whereas people like you alwa6s end failing.

I do bodyweight squats, my legs look better now.

I think i will use the ear plugs, and get over ear ones, but then i worry it will mess my hair up. I can never win in life
