does eating large amounts of caramelized onion and bell peppers count?
i assume they dont because i actually enjoy them but idk
>>
>>82879046
They're still vegetables
>>
>>82878789
I never understood that meme. You just throw stuff into a pot and boil it into a stew. There's nothing complicated about that.
>>
>>82879494
>he thinks a stew counts as cooking
>>
>>82878040
Good job man :) btw if you don't feel like eating veggies but still need to, my go to is nachos with bell peppers, corn, onion and small tomato dices yeeted in the oven with lots of cheese and sweet chili sauce, then eat it with guacamole. That's 5 veggies in one dish but you still feel like you're snacking lol
>>
>>82879529
The water is boiling so it's cooking as per definition.
>>
Roasted carrots are good.

I saw on a cooking channel these guys cooked their carrots in carrot juice. I want to try that.
>>
>>82879529
Its possible to do badly so it counts.

Good stew with chunks of lamb and a nice sauce with loads of well cooked veg in it... yeah.
>>
I have severe autism and can't eat anything that has a 'squeaky' texture against my teeth, which is most vegetables. Literally cursed by god
>>
>>82879799
mash or boil until soft.
>>
>>82879808
I am autistic not retarded, most of them still have squeakiness from the shell. Carrots are ok but I am not a big fan of them anyway. I like asparagus but I have a pee fetish. So I am totally fucked. Even one little squeak is debilitating, it is the same sensation some people get when scratching a blackboard.
>>
>>82879847
but you ARE retarded.

Doing either of these two things removes any potential squeakiness. You have an imaginary problem anon and should therefore kys.
>>
>>82879847
You can try hutspot (which is Dutch mashed potatoes/carrots/onions) or shepherds pie with lentils maybe? They're mashed veggies, so the texture is mostly soft and a little chewie. Also yummie with gravy
>>
Always hated veg, and always will.
>>
>>82878040
I'm a grown ass adult now and I can't even a broccoli. I really should kill myself
>>
>>82880605
What do you eat for fiber?
>>
>>82878040
Not enough people especially younger generations know the power of roasted seasoned veggies
>>
reject the fruit-veggie dichotomy
embrace a third position
join the fungus

It's fucking crazy how different a boiled brussel sprout is compared to an air fried one... I ate a boiled one again like I used to eat as a kid and was like wow... no wonder people hate this vegetable. they need to be dry and crispy.

My fave is corn on the cob. I buy dozens, cut them off the cob and freeze it in bags. Its crazy how much better it is than the normal frozen corn bags, theyre like a totally different vegetable
