Gonna smash a case of twisty tea. It's only 5% abv, and doesn't taste like tea, but it's still kind of nice.
I've tried making my own before but it's really hard. Fermenting tea definitely didn't work. Making 10% kilju and then mixing it with double strength tea so end result is 5% and full strength tea kind of there, but it probably hah higher/dirty alcohols and not ethyl. To test this I tried doing the same but with vodka and it was even worse. Next attempt will be mixing powdered instant tea with a 5% kilju, but when that doesn't work it's time to just give up.
