First thing I do when I open a Reddit thread is CTRL+F "1 points" and then downvote or upvote every single one, for it is they who I hold the most power over. I can lift their spirits or I can crush their spirits. The decision is mine. Knowing that most people won't do this makes the thrill that much sweeter knowing my proportion of influence is greater than theirs.
