Are you dehydrated?
Do you have any other symptoms like sensitivity to light or noise?
Is there any tension in your neck or shoulders?

I don't think so. I feel like I drink a lot. At least I'm not drinking any less than usual.

Yes. I do work with extremely loud retards in my office and I hate them so much. When I get a headache at work it'll usually heal overnight though.

I think I'm okay there.
