joined a group to help me socialize for a program, this group has autistic people Indians arabs and lastly me turkroach, anytime we go outside to do something it feels like a circus is in town or something i can see the way people look at us heck i can even hear the laughs, I'm not very autistic at least I'm not diagnosed, I'm super antisocia and overthink so that's why I'm in the group but now i feel more depressed than ever idk what to do.

You need to go with your gut feeling. A good thing that was taught to me years ago is you are the sum of the 5 closest people to you. If you hang out with retard losers you are going to have a bad time.
Some alternatives:
Try joining a gym.
Pick up an instrument and get lessons at a music school, they often have recitals.
Another good one for me (depending on your country/legality) was to join a gun club.
