>rearrange bookshelf
>remove over 50 manga to sell
>still no space????
anons... i have like 14 more things coming, what do?

god i need to win the lottery so i can build my own huge doorless NEET house full of bookshelves, with an indoor swimming pool and huge walk in closet. ill also rid myself of phones and internet. i will have a computer set to only buy things online, and an ipod and record player for music. i will coat every main room wall with vinyl records or book shelves. there will be one window with a shelf attached to recieve food orders and packages

ive been obsessed with building my own house since i was 4. just gotta win the lottery to do it

also i still cant bump my own threads wtf

bumping with yaoi
>>
>>82887944
you AGAIN.

>ive been obsessed with building my own house since i was 4.
that early? by the time i was 4 i was a happy-go-lucky kid sitting on a PC happily playing windows 95 games on the latest invention, CDs
i struggled because they were all in english and all i had was a translation dictionary so i had to piece word by word, but i had fun

building houses though, nowadays i have a whole apartment to do something with and no ideas of what to put where
thinking about a small garden by the living room since the window catches a lot of sunlight, but not much else
still got like... i dunno 2 rooms of space left
>>
>buying manga
I'm laughing so hard.
>>
>>82888199
hi lmao
>they were all in english
wait, where are you from? also, 4 is a pretty early start with video games. wish pc games still came on disc, the fact thats obsolete now is pretty lame.
>that early?
my mother was in a relationship when i was 4 with a (cheating. she didnt actually know until later) married man who has built his house together with his wife. the house was so fucking beautiful and its always stuck with me. i literally only went there a few times as a 4yo and i still remember the layout. i always thought if i got married id wanna build my own house (but if i got fucked over like that wife id bury him underneath it in a block of concrete, alive)

2 rooms of space is massive for an apartment. do a garden, maybe start a library in one of the rooms. youll figure things out

if i had that much space itd be completely filled immediately with shit lmao
>>
>>82888235
whats wrong with that, wtf

if i read manga online i get shitty esl translations like this
>>
>>82888270
>hi lmao
i'm not an alien, stop treating me like such

>where are you from?
the country with the funny green + yellow + blue flag in south america
>wish pc games still came on disc
you don't, CDs are awfully easy to scratch and it was a massive pain in the ass to try and install anything with a scratched CD, lots of trial and error

>i still remember the layout.
draw a blueprint then
>if i got fucked over like that wife id bury him underneath it in a block of concrete, alive
scary, huh
but yea some beauty in building your own house, i guess
i wouldn't really go for it because i'm no architect, much less an engineer, and i'm not well versed in matters like these at all
i'd sooner build a death trap that'll fall on my head later on

>2 rooms of space is massive for an apartment.
2 rooms of empty space currently, my apartment has 3 rooms and a small maid room that i use as a kind of shed/laundromat, where i stash my washing machine, cleaning products, and whatever cardboard boxes or misc shit i hoard which i won't need anytime soon
i live in much too large an apartment for one person which makes it even more depressing to come back to it empty after work

>if i had that much space itd be completely filled immediately with shit lmao
you'd still need the money to fill it anyway so hold your horses
>>
>>82888378
i didnt put the ayy in front so youre good. i hate saying kek otherwise id replace it

brazil? surprising amount of brazilians on the internet man, most ive met are femboys or homos tho.
its easy not to scratch up discs when youre careful, s.m.h.

>draw a blueprint then
nah, id rather draw my own house plans.
it is pretty difficult, usually have to hire help to get the electrics and water and stuff in order.
but maybe its best if you dont try build a house yourself

youll have someone to share that big ass apartment with eventually, kids too. youll make it, anon

i could probably use my savings, fill every room, and still have plenty left over, so no worries there
>>

>anons... i have like 14 more things coming, what do?
idk... send them to me!!!! give me free stuff!!!
>>
>>82888685
nuhuh i paid for that stuff with my hard earned neetbuxx, plus that manga that i bought is rare as fuck, i cant give it away
>>
>>82887944
Could always put them in a box and bury them. Weeb buried treasure.
>>
>>82888487
>i didnt put the ayy in front
you almost did though, i can smell it from your post
you changed it at the last minute, i just know it

>surprising amount of brazilians on the internet man
guess so, i keep hearing about these mythical creatures but i never actually see them
or rather, i do but i don't notice them
>most ive met are femboys or homos tho.
don't worry, i'm straight and i look unredeemably masculine

>easy not to scratch up discs when youre careful
you wish, lol
often times CDs got scratched by my hands, i never even noticed that, and i still was careful
i remember when thumb drives were starting to rise up in popularity and i was so fucking thankful not to have to deal with CDs again, god

>id rather draw my own house plans.
i meant like i was curious about what that other house looked like but ok, you do you
>usually have to hire help to get the electrics and water and stuff in order.
well duh, power grids and hydraulics are no joke
my problem is more so designing something that isn't a fucking box or L-shaped shithole while still choosing the right mats for it to not be too much or too little insulated thermically and still stand

>youll make it, anon
meh, you can stop bullshitting me, i know it ain't happening
i'll just do something else with my space, depressing or not it's my corner now

>use my savings, fill every room, and still have plenty left over
guess someone's rich, huh?
fair enough then
>>
>>82888716
i think my landlords or city council would kill me send me to the shadow realm 4ever if i did that
>>
>>82888726
Gotta go out into the sticks. Every pirate's treasure needs to be somewhere remote and only accessible with the usage of a map.
>inb4 can't drive
Same.
>>
>>82888724
i promise you theres hundreds of them. ive met them here, reddit, twitter, ifunny, i may have actually met more brazilians than any other country besides the US.
i think youre also the tallest one ive met iirc, shortest being 4'8.

do you have long-ish nails?
ig i dont have to worry cause i got literal stubs, theres nothing there to scratch with

ohhh ok, i didnt understand. i could do that, to the best of my ability.
nothing wrong with a huge box, less edges and corners makes cleaning easier lmao.

down today, are we? i wont push it, but im not bullshitting you. i believe we will all make it.
plenty of nice things you could do with that space, otherwise

>rich
not really, i just dont pay much rent and dont eat much so i have money left over.
i also only have savings cause i deprived myself for 2 years and saved every cent

>>82888742
i mean yeah, i cant drive, so not exactly something i could go do. would be fun tho
>>
>>82888837
>i mean yeah, i cant drive, so not exactly something i could go do. would be fun tho
Guess you gotta start turning all your old manga into furniture. I have a video of a guy making furniture with cardboard even. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=45JhacvmXV8
>>
>>82888884
nah, ill just try to sell it, so i can get more money for more things (that i cant fit, but whatever)
i used to do that, making furniture outta cardboard, but id just make sunbathing lounge chair things
>>
>>82888909
I wasn't expecting to find someone who had made furniture out of cardboard before. Nice. If only this stuff was good enough to make aquariums out of. If I ever get my own place I might try that, but I have other ideas for projects instead. Like a stained glass aquarium. I also will likely never get my own place.
>>
>>82888935
tho if you were to make one from cardboard, you wouldnt be able to see the fish, right? stained glass would be pretty cool tho

in my fake lottery winning house itd have stained glass windows in the pool room so i could swim in beautiful colours

but same tho, ill likely never have my own either
>>
>>82888837
>i may have actually met more brazilians than any other country besides the US.
hmm... interesting
well i dunno then, again, may just be me being oblivious
>tallest
seriously? i'm like, 180cm tall (5'11) so that's like... the fuck
i'm not even tall, just average height

>do you have long-ish nails?
nah i always kept my nails short, i was always careful enough not to hold CDs except by the hole in the middle and the border
fingerprints on the bottom side also were a pain in the ass, but nothing a clean cloth and maybe some alcohol couldn't solve
i'm guessing it was dirt/dust particles elsewhere, or just attrition with the players/readers' plate

>i could do that, to the best of my ability.
up to you, really
but i'd appreciate it, maybe i can use it to build a nice enough house in minecraft when i go play skyfactory 5

>less edges and corners makes cleaning easier lmao.
ah fuck no kidding, you're right
but i dunno, it looks a bit too plain, plus it'd be nightmarish to run wiring/piping through something like that while trying to make it look "natural"

>down today, are we?
just being realistic, lol
i don't fucking go outside and i don't talk to people around here, so no two ways about it, i'm screwed lol
but yea other shit to do with that space, i mentioned the garden already and maybe i'll do an office looking thing on another room... but then again i might just do it in this one because it's where the ac is so i dunno
home gym maybe? we'll see

>i have money left over.
so, rich, gotcha :^)
>deprived myself
of what, food?
>>
>>82888969
I have panes of glass actually from some old, broken aquariums I picked off the street. So I can get a viewing port or two. One idea I had for an aquarium was just basically a table, with the filter stuff being in the stand for the table and the table bit being the aquarium for a little turtle. Namely a mud/musk turtle, which are some of the smallest turtles in the world. Pic related. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loggerhead_musk_turtle

Also a nice idea for the pool room.
>>
>>82888979
thats most likely the case, lol
ive never met one over 5'9, so yeah.
>average height
thats not average, average is like, 5'7 for men. lots of people would kill to be your height (including myself, gimme that extra 2 inches height)

huh, how the hell did you manage to scratch them then, mustve been something in your player fucking them up

oh that'd be nice, alright, im gonna do it.

if you kept everything with piping on one side of the house, idk maybe itd work fine. thats how it works in my dream house at least

man, but you live in the best place to meet people, considering a good portion of brazilian males are getting their asses pounded by other men, more women to go meet.
home gym isnt a bad idea, neither is an office. see, you got ideas flowing already

kinda, id eat 1 meal to save, sometimes starve cause i had an ED anyways. but i wouldnt buy myself anything new, limited subscriptions to shit, etc

>>82888992
thats so cute... its so small
as long as itd be safe for the turtle to live, might be worth trying out. but id be worried of toxic varnishes from the table stripping off into the water or something
>>
>>82889091
Lots of people keep them as pets too. It should be safe for them too. Lots of people make plywood aquariums and they use special epoxies that are used for ponds. Silicone could probably also work as a coating too, and that's used to seal glass panes together for a normal aquarium anyhow. What kind of stuff would you want to keep as a pet if you could in your library home?
>>
>>82889227
didnt know plywood aquariums were a thing, guess it should be safe then to do. turtles make good pets

its hard to decide cause i want tarantulas, cats, mice, and a hognose snake. lots to decide from but most of those arent able to live peacefully in one building

Would it be hard to get a hognose snake in Aussieland? Also if you like tarantulas, what about other spiders? For mice though, I have just the dream pet for you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4jrM52SKPg

I've had ideas about selectively breeding wolf spiders before, mostly for intelligence but also to make them more social. Jumping spiders are another option for all of that too. There's actually a genus of jumping spiders that are considered some of the smartest arthropods who hunt spiders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portia_(spider)
>"All members of Portia have instinctive hunting tactics for their most common prey, but can improvise by trial and error against unfamiliar prey or in unfamiliar situations, and then remember the new approach."
>"They exhibit spatial memory and object permanence, and are capable of trying out a behavior to obtain feedback regarding success or failure, and they can plan ahead (as it seems from their detouring behavior)."

Since you mentioned spiders though, have a picture of a velvet spider. They're tragic mothers, they liquify themselves to feed their babies. Their group also has a lot of social spider species.
>>
>buy physical media
>run out of space
>have to buy more shelves, let it stack somewhere, or sell to make more space for more physical media
Why? Just download everything. Get a good monitor or tv to watch stuff on.
Use an old pc as a media server. Get a good tablet to read on. I never got this whole physical media bs. It just encourages hoarding.
>>
>>82889091
>ive never met one over 5'9, so yeah.
you sure they just aren't too sure how to measure themselves?
i thought i was 5'9 for the longest time because google said 180cm is like 5.9 feet, except that's actually 5'11 because one foot has 12 inches, not 10, kek
>average is like, 5'7 for men
is it? i always heard it being around 180cm

>mustve been something in your player fucking them up
maybe so, i'm not sure
i just know they always ended up scratched so what i used to do was copy them over to my pc when i could and keep them digitalized, lol

>if you kept everything with piping on one side of the house, idk maybe itd work fine.
i don't know about that, you kinda do need wiring and piping everywhere
power sockets, light switches, sinks, etc.
it's more complicated than you'd think

>considering a good portion of brazilian males are getting their asses pounded by other men, more women to go meet.
problem is finding one with similar interests near me, i always considered myself a volcel because of that
if i'm to get with someone i don't click with, i'd rather stay home and spare us both the headache, you know?

>see, you got ideas flowing already
yeah, layout is the main issue
but still, something to think about later i guess

>id eat 1 meal to save, sometimes starve
yikes... tell me you're not doing that shit anymore
>i wouldnt buy myself anything new, limited subscriptions to shit, etc
frugal lifestyle, i see
i can definitely respect that
>>
>>82889329
pretty sure it's illegal to get a hognose here actually. i love all spiders and would like to get a fancy foreign one, but non-aussie spiders are illegal to own as well. its so lame.
that sounds like an amazing idea, wolf spiders are really cute. and having them be more social and intelligent... would be awesome. pretty sure most or all spiders arent capable of remembering people, so if it could remember me? id love that.

liquify themselves, how does that work?

>>82889340
i get migraines. my head cant handle screens. plus i like collecting media
>>
>>82889463
Yeah, you guys also don't really allow any exports of your cool animals anymore. Guess you'll have to become a real pirate and smuggle in any hognose snakes or exotic spiders. Some jumping spiders might actually recognize people. I've heard anecdotes about people who've owned some and that they'd react differently to different people. As for the velvet spiders, they regurgitate fluids full of nutrients and the whole time whilst doing so are causing their cells to kill themselves(apoptosis), presumably. Once the mother is too weak then they make a meal out of what's left of her. The strategy is useful for making more of her babies get to a healthy size, however it could potentially be bred out too and made to be more like proper milk(which some insects have evolved their own analogous kinds of). Flamingos and pigeons actually produce their own milk too. Flamingo milk is blood red too.

The colonial velvet spiders are the coolest though. They can take over entire trees and the females actually help out in raising each other's offspring. One can imagine them becoming eusocial, like honeybees or ants. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stegodyphus_dumicola

Also there's a kind of spider out there that's almost entirely herbivorous. It's a jumping spider too. It eats special nodules on a kind of acacia tree that said tree produces for its ant partners to get them to protect it from pests. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagheera_kiplingi
>>
>>82889405
could be the case, but not sure.
global average is 5'7. it used to be 5'6 like a decade ago too i think. which is why the concept of manlets is retarded to me, tho ig it says a little something if averages are going up, THO you could also argue its growth hormones theyre putting in food

true, idk itd still be easy to figure out.

feel like talking to and dating people with different interests or opinions is the fun part, you get to bounce off eachother and try new things, it keeps things interesting.
besides that theres like definitely someone with similar interests to you, yours dont seem all that far out there

im not, dw lmao
>>
>>82889517
>the concept of manlets is retarded to me
eh, it's always been retarded to me regardless of numbers or whatever
like why bother judging someone by height? the fuck does it matter?
but i mean if people wanna judge then go for it, i guess

>idk itd still be easy to figure out.
as someone who has to deal with plumbing and wiring layouts in games a fair bit, i can assure you it's not that simple, and that's in games alone
imagine real life...

>you get to bounce off eachother and try new things, it keeps things interesting.
i'm not talking about someone with the very same interests, just someone with some common ground
no common ground means you can't even work your way up to a relationship, or at least, it becomes insanely difficult to
>theres like definitely someone with similar interests to you, yours dont seem all that far out there
probably, but the problem is i don't go outside so i'm not sure where i'd meet them other than the internet
and i really hate social media but i might create a few accounts anyway just to lurk, meh
at this rate it's not like i got anything left to lose

>im not, dw lmao
you keep calling me an lmao and i'm going to get my flying saucer down here and show you it's totally made with human tech, ya hear?
>>
>>82889507
if i won the lottery im sure i could bribe someone to smuggle them for me.
if theyre the smartest, itd make sense theyd be able to recognise people to some extent. maybe i should get those, pretty sure aus has some.
itd be beneficial to the species to breed that out of them, make them produce milk instead of just killing themselves. theyll only likely do that once they become dangerously endangered or something, tho
>flamingos milk is blood red
thats horrifying

they help out until they are eaten? thats horrifying too. they really hate their females (joking)
i didnt even know spiders could be herbivores, pretty interesting

>>82889557
oh same here, but i mean, statistically theyre also wrong about it. so its like, how do they believe in that bullshit anyways? are they that ignorant of the literal facts to further their own beliefs? fucking retards, man

ill take your word for it. but ill have to try it out for myself to understand

oh yeah, youre right about that.
you got bars and clubs there? not the best place to find women, but maybe friends. try to play darts with someone or smth. work your way up to things ig. having socmed would help too

your flying saucer? you just outed yourself as an ayylmao. can i get a ride tho at least

My internet decided to die, so hopefully I'm not too late to reply before I go to bed. If you won the lottery then more than likely you could just buy some license to own and keep them. Zoos can import all kinds of critters after all.

Jumping spiders are on every continent except the cool one(badum-tss). Although some are freakier than others.
>itd be beneficial to the species to breed that out of them, make them produce milk instead of just killing themselves. theyll only likely do that once they become dangerously endangered or something, tho
It may actually be better to not put them to such an extreme. It's possible that smaller clutches is the key, but there's likely some kind of killswitch that's triggered when they have babies. Octopuses are like that too, but there is a species of social octopuses that have multiple broods. Normally an octopus dies either shortly after mating if they're a male or shortly after their eggs hatch if they're a female(which they guard and tend for them). The LPSO however not only has multiple broods but is also social. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larger_Pacific_striped_octopus
>thats horrifying
Behold the horror :). The flamingo is fine, just its milk and all. Flamingos aren't very smart.

Apparently the older females are likely to be snackrificed, so it may be a kind of recycling in a way :). That said, apparently even centipedes can be a bit herbivorous. Alligators too. Out of curiosity would you ever want a giant spider as a pet? Something more the size of a cat.
