While anon should definitely do his own research on the meds he's taking, it's also the responsibility of the doctor who prescribes the medication and the pharmacist who dispenses them to be educated and tell the patient about any drug interactions.
Though, the drug interaction checker says that this combination of drugs does the opposite. Rather than inhibit, it says it increases serum blood levels of Vyvanse. From the short amount of reading I did, the interaction is from Bupropion inhibiting the re-uptake of dopamine while Vyvanse increases the release of dopamine. So it would have an additive stimulant affect, not work less.
