I'd say find a good hair stylist, practice good hygiene and trim (you don't need to shave it all most people don't really care) for your weight it really depends on how short you are, if you're under 5'5 then 70 kg is obese and you should try taking vitamins or working out. (I'm retarded when it comes to weight loss so don't ask what vitamins to use.) That's just my two cents tho
