Why did early millenials (1981-1991) had it so easy with women?
>>
>>82908985
Like destiny
>>
Because everyone was with it, and understood each other. now half the globe is stuck in a trance.
>>
>>82908985
Sexual liberation before their parents got on the internet. The generations that came before them had it just as easy.

because social media wasn't a big thing
>>
Everyone was white and everyone was very humble compared to today. Even rebellious women were very modest compared to what you would imagine. Every girl kind of expected to get married and didn't want to have a high body count. So they settled for their looks match and basically most people left highschool with at least some romantic experience. There was no social media to compare yourself to and no dating sites for young people.

Funny enough I'm really tall and it was not that valuable back then. I was passed over for more athletic guys often. But I'm my 30s being tall was suddenly so exceptional.
>>
>>82908985
It was best times for the west.
There was already high growth, and degeneration had not yet set in completely.
>>

1991 here and my biggest regret is that I waited too long to start dating. I wanted to build a stable career first and it took me until 2020 to get to that point and start actively trying to date. Actually got 1 gf because covid year was an anomaly and tons of people were on dating apps since they couldn't meet irl, but since then it's been dry as a desert. Now I'm about to be 34 and it's looking grim. I'll probably have to be a sugar daddy for some NEET BPD fembot at this point if I want anything resembling "love".

From what I've heard, when dating apps first became a thing, they actually worked as intended, but I never got a chance to try them back then. I would guess you would've had to have started dating 2015 or earlier for it to be easy.
>>
>>82908985
Mildly more responsible and less inhibited about sex. The right balance
>>
>>82908985
im a 35 year old virgin, born 1990
i did not have it easy. im autistic
>>
>>82908985
86, 39 year old virgin. It was easy if you could look them in the eye

>There was no social media to compare yourself to and no dating sites for young people.
no there was social media but it was weird

msn was a massive thing between 2001 and 2004. literally every single kid at school had a msn messenger account and people would spend hours upon hours in those chats

i had one too but it had like 10 male friends, zero females, as i had no rizz and i tons of anxiety

then came myspace, which is also social media

then came facebook in 2006, which is also social media
>>
>>82908994
the real question is is dating anisa better than being an incel

id say yes
>>
>>82909107
damn dude, I'm really late to the game, I don't even wanna describe my situation because of the data mining but it cracks me up to see zoomers making threads about being 25 and it 'being over'
>>
>>82909107
im kinda the same except i didn't wait till i was "stable" i just never really tried until 2018. never had anything irl but i've had a few e-gfs and we've cybered and sent noods and made plans and they've all fallen apart. now im about to hit year 3 of being a neet in my 30s and my life is getting exponentially worse by the year. im actually making some money here soon in december and i can finally buy new shoes after 5 years, need to get a job after that.
my big goal is to be able to move out and basically get a NEET BPD fembot like what you're saying. It'd be real enough for me cause I think I'm also pretty BPD or at least those are the only ones I've ever been able to connect with.

They were far far more likely to settle for their looks-match or even a charismatic guy if he looked not as hot as others. Social media has utterly brainwashed them, you hear it repeatedly because it is true.

There's subtle stuff as well like they were more willing to be submissive, more willing to have children, and feared the judgement of other women slightly less. Now they literally wont do a fucking thing that the other women aren't.
>>
Because everything wasn't possibly being filmed and everyone wasn't obsessed with how they're being perceived by a permanent non existent audience
>>
You could get a girl drunk and rape her and she wouldn't report you to the cops
>>
born in 1990, still a virgin
>>
>>82908985
we didn't.

>rape
Not so arousing. Oppose of love, trusting each other ,cuddles and brushing hair etc
>>
>>82908985
it was a more civilized time I remember when online dating was still considered embarrassing so couples that met online would lie about how they met to their friends and family
>>
>>82908985
88' anon here, it was much easier to get laid back then.
>normies barely knew how to use the internet back then
>girls would fuck dudes in their immediate vacinty
>some girls would get engaged to soldiers going off to Iraq for the sake of it.
>dudes were getting laid the first day of college!
>you didn't even need a driver's license to get pussy back then.
I did some absolutely wacky shit back then that no one would believe.
>>82909445
really? A couple of people had AIM in my area and no one used MSN....
>then came myspace, which is also social media
a couple of girls fucked like 22 year old dudes when they were 17 in my home state bc of it.

> facebook in 2006
it was 2007 they made it available to non-students
>>82909566
this, literally everyone was looks matched back then.
>>
>>82910020
>a couple of girls fucked like 22 year old dudes when they were 17 in my home state bc of it.
That's not saying much. Many 15-yo girls fuck 36-yo's now adays. I would know.

>>82908985
In what way was it easy? You needed game and looks, same as now.
>t. 89
>>
>>82908985
d-did we?
>>
>>82908985
Social media wasn't a thing and most women were not fully indoctrinated into girl boss feminism
>>
Socializing and drinking/drugs were the only hobbies available, sex wasn't dangerous anymore and everyone was more attractive because obesity wasnt completely out of control yet so ofc everyone was going to be fucking like crazy.

The early internet was shitty and unpopular, no one used friendster or aol instant messenger, video games were more expensive and less addictive than they are now, cellphones were bricks and texting was barely coming into existence in the early 00s. All there was to do was sex drugs and watch tv
>>
>>82908985

A big factor is generation size.

It went:

>Boomers: big generation
>Generation X: smaller generation
>Millennials: big generation (not as big as Boomers but still big)
>Zoomers: small generation

Guys face competition from guys older than they are for the limited supply of cute girls. That means that if the generation just before yours is larger than your generation, you're screwed.

Millennials had less competition from Gen X guys just because there were relatively fewer of them to worry about, because of the disparity in generation size.

Zoomers are screwed for multiple reasons, and the generation size math is ALSO working against them.

this! its always this! the good and the bad with everything. Welcome to the bad when now everything is fucked but hey the good news is atleast we get gta 6 in a few months thats something positive to look forward to thanks to all this technology, be ready to go full escape from reality for a while
>>
83 here. It's because no social media and no dating apps. Women could only choose a partner from their acquaintance pool so there was less competition. Thank god I scored a tall nerdy glasses gf in 2005 (right before smartphones became a thing). She was in my brother's friend group.

I'd rather kms than having to reenter the current dating market
>>
social media and smart phones destroyed everything
>>
>>82909107
Dude, I'm just going gay. I will not be an atm machine for a soulless, vapid whore
>>
They didn't, you're nostalgic and you're making shit up.
>>
ive had 3 gfs and im a 1993 millenial
>>
>>82908985
Early millennials were born from 1981 to 1985. 1986 to 1991 were mid-millennials. 1992 to 1996 were late millennials.
>>
>>82908985
Assuming thats true its likely because there were no dating apps manipula to ng the minds of men and promoting female hypergsmy to a ridiculous degree
>>
that's not really true mate. there were still guys that got no play. i feel like i answered this question a month ago.
>>
I'm 33 and my first two girlfriends, while in high school and uni, messaged me out of nowhere because I was an active user on two message boards, one dedicated to writing, the other to Lost, the tv show. We talked for months online and then met IRL.
>>
>>82908985
'89fag here, it's because social media was limited in scope and dating apps were nonexistent while we were kids/teens/young adults. Dating apps in particular plunged dating into the dark ages. I feel terrible for anyone born in a post-iPhone world, they're just completely fucked.
>>
It was really easy to chat with girls on IRC, MSN, meet them on sites like myspace. On IRC you got talking without even seeing pictures yet. Facebook came along brought all the normies with it and made messaging strangers out of the blue weird. Now you had to friend them first, which basically meant you had to meet IRL, meaning you have to be friends with the right people and be a normie that gets invited to all the parties and can talk to anyone there.

I'd really hate to be part of a generation called 'Beta'. Even more humiliating than being a Boomer.

World wasn't so interconnected. You didn't have to compete with chads from cities all around you. People dated those who were close to them. Now women have an insane amount of choices and even if they are too ugly to choose chad for a relationship they then just become dejected and choose to let chad use them because the alternative is dating their looksmatch.

Lack of internet so you had to actually talk to people.

However, that doesn't mean it was "easy".
>>
>>82908985
I was born in 98, and it's nuts to me how different a life someone born even six years earlier would have compared to me. They would complete their college undergrad years with Tinder and life-consuming social media use still being nascent phenomena.

Also, the internet that did exist didn't have normalfags and the global south on it if you were an elder millennial in your youth

Look girls, I'm old. Still, all my romantic adventures are based on meeting IRL first.
I've tried the online dating thing for a bit, got very little traction. Despite being a professional photographer, so it's not the pics, and, IRL, being considered rather attractive looking.
On the other hand, from the experience that I could gather...decent women don't use online dating at all.
