Week isn't enough dude and I am gonna tell you that I have mdd and I was taking vitamin d and B12 and anti depression pills and guess what , nothing happens.

D3 should be taken with k2 in liquid form (i take 4 drops a day or roughly 4k iu's of d3) with fat because irs fat soluble, i just drink a glass of whole milk. what may help you is a zinc supplement. none of these will change your life besides makig you a little more horny or less apathetic but only 5%. pair them with gym so your body is fueled up to grow better. b12 you might actually notice, i felt noticeably clearerminded taking b12 every fay before work.
