I think it's still legal in NJ or Delaware. If you got your heart dead set on living as lovers with your kin then just move to where it's legal. The main reason it's illegal is because the overwhelming vast majority of incest involves straight up abuse, especially child abuse. Sure there are other side reason, but that is the main one.
