I'm a fan and daily watcher of the streamer Destiny (I've been a 4chan poster since 2008 and was a liberal then and remain one now and he's the only 4chan-ish liberal streamer) and am curious about his scandalsAs far as I know almost every one of his scandals is either bullshit or very muddy, like the one he's now being sued over (he shared a sex video non-consensually but proved that person shared non-consensual sex videos with him and argues he thought consent was implicit)But my understanding is one person alleges she had her Discord voice call e-sex session not only shared without consent but recorded without her knowledge. This has not been part of any legal action so far, I think. Is this true?
