An unwritten rule which you will categorically deny, no doubt. You are invited in with smiling faces and you begin chatting and getting along, we have to fight for every inch with people who make it clear constantly they do not want us here and they hate having to treat us like human beings the way they do everyone else, who undermine us as much as they can get away with, and often they can get away with a lot.sure, if I put in a herculean effort into whatever I do I would do better, I guess, but I'm not going to deny we are living in a normy just world and we are not being put at a severe disadvantage
