It's not exactly like I'm terribly qualified to say. But my guess is that you need at least one and a half of those two things. You need to have one and be minimally acceptable in the other, or you need to be at least decent-to-above-average in both. I have a couple of personality traits that a lot of women would probably count as serious problems if not hard dealbreakers.
