I work with 2 zoomers and they're cool as long as they stay off their phones. Idc that they're looking things up on their phones but if the higher ups see it i'm expected to yell at them. I've already talked to them about it so I just slap the phones out of their hands if they don't listen. That works better than yelling at them because the risk of the phone breaking is a bigger deterrent than being yelled at. i'm nicer to my zoomer cousins than to my fellow millenial cousins. I feel so sorry for them.
