how do i get my motivation back
it all came tumbling down in july
>>

What I do is always move forward one step at a time, are you at zero? then take baby steps, but take one NOW then you already started and tomorrow just take an extra step, that's how I stay motivated, just a dumb little thing and I can gaslight myself that I already did something

>are you at 0
im at 0.15
i've applied to hundreds of jobs and only had 3 in-person interviews, all unsuccessful
i tried to pass the theory test for my driving license- failure
i tried to exercise regularly, couldn't even commit to lifting a few crummy dumbbells
i tried to quit smoking, sunk back into the habit

>Have you tried going to Church
no i was raised muslim and i still live with my muslim family, idk what they'd do if they found out i'd done something like that. i'm agnostic/spiritual only anyway
>drinking coffee
coffee makes my tummy hurt and tastes bad
>getting back into an old hobby
tried to, felt like i was wasting my time
>>83169288
idk if i could afford that

It sounds like you are giving up a lot
I wonder if military service might make sense in your case. With the caveat being if you drop out of the military you can still take advantage of the discipline you might have gained and the physical fitness you gained.
Like it seems your internal motivation isn't enough, and you need external motivation. It is easy to give up after applying for hundreds of jobs and not getting what you wanted

i actually did think about joining the military, more specifically the air force but they require a fitness test, and that goes back to me lacking the motivation to exercise

So don't do it as a self motivated thing.
Hire a personal trainer who helps people pass the physical fitness test to enlist in the military
That does a couple things.
1. Social pressure to work out.
2. Sunken costs. You are going to try and get your moneys worth. So you won't miss appointments. And you will try to turn that increased fitness into something. A job in the airforce. Working towards a short term goal. You could get fit enough within 1 year

>hire a personal trainer
i only make 400$ a month from welfare and i live with my parents i couldnt possibly afford that

With all due respect, is there something like YMCA in your area? Is there an ability to access one of these athletic services at a discounted rate because you are on welfare?
In my area YMCA costs $19 if you're a youth or on welfare, $50 for an adult, $80 for a household.
In the US there are only classifieds like craiglist. You could post on a classifieds site that you are looking to work out with a veteran, you would like to get ready for military service and they would like to maintain their physique after finishing their military services.
I know what I am describing sounds like work with the chance of failure and an opportunity to give up. I would still like to say it

I suggest getting a job in the adult film industry
